General terms and conditions of business

 

The website www.zirberl.at offers the opportunity to make a non-binding booking request to the accommodation provider or to book directly online. By requesting or booking you agree to the general terms and conditions as well as the cancellation policy and the house rules. The Austrian hotel contract conditions or the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH Austria) apply:

Cancellation fees:

• Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the price
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the price
• In the last week before arrival 90% of the price

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (European travel insurance, ...). Some credit cards include travel insurance free of charge. Ask your credit card company.

 

Prices

All prices include VAT and taxes per night per apartment. For guests aged 15 and over, the local tax must also be paid. A cleaning fee is charged once per stay per apartment. The full prices of the booking are displayed in the booking system.
